What changes

A training-based organisation plans courses and measures attendance. A skills-based organisation defines what each role must be able to do, measures it, and develops people where the gap is.

The foundation is a shared model

A Task Model describes the work; a Skills Model describes what that work requires. Together they give Aftersales, Academy, importers and dealers one language.

Start with one role

Pick one role and one recurring topic, such as ADAS calibration. Build the profile, assess a sample, and use the result for one concrete decision.

Scale across markets

Once the model works for one role, extend it to others and to more countries. Local languages and programmes sit on top of the shared standard.

What it does not need

You do not need to replace your LMS or competence framework. Existing structures can be mapped to the model.
